Travel back in time to ancient Egypt!

The hidden treasures and monuments of the Pharaohs, buried for millennia beneath the sands of the Nile Valley, tell the story of ancient Egypt. Join us on a journey to meet the grand pharaohs of Egypt – from Khufu and Tutankhamun, to Ramses II. Discover a lost heritage of dazzling proportions: pyramids, temples and the rich funerary tombs from a thousand-year-old civilisation.

Your voyage starts with the discovery of ancient Egypt's remains. Let yourself be transported to ancient Egyptians' belief of the genesis of the world, legends detailing the sacred gods, their struggles and clashes until the appearance of the first men on earth. Here, a brief look into the daily life of ancient Egypt is revealed through magnificent bas-reliefs, paintings and papyri that show the importance of the nature that the nourishing waters of the Nile create.

Clouds of dust rise and one colossal block of limestone after another falls to the ground, gradually coming together to form the pyramids of Giza. The enigmatic Sphinx completes the Giza Plateau: a mysterious statue of pharaoh Khafre with the body of a lion.

Then the Nile turns into liquid gold, flowing along the walls of Fabrique des Lumières. The ancient Egyptians considered gold to be a divine metal, the flesh of the gods. They made sparkling bracelets, chest belts, amulets, and daggers from it. You wander through the colonnade of a majestic temple and see rows of sphinxes. Discover the colossal statues of pharaoh Ramses II in the facade of his temple at Abu Simbel and the detailed facade of the temple dedicated to his wife Nefertari.

The door of another temple opens, and a vast array of precious objects appears: jewellery, furniture, a sarcophagus. The gold sparkles in the torchlight, as does the king’s death mask. To complete the burial ritual, a gallery of richly painted sarcophagi rises. As another cycle of existence comes to an end, we are led into the afterlife. The nine deities, uniting the forces of the universe, welcome you into eternity. Then you leave antiquity and return to the present. Our journey ends, having revealed only a glimpse of the fascinating world of ancient Egypt...
